ROLE: Shopify Ecommerce Manager

Responsibilities

• Shopify Product Uploads & Backend Management – Bulk uploads, product categorization, backend organization.
• Basic SEO Optimization – Apply meta titles, descriptions, and tags to pre-written product listings.
• Order Processing Support – Ensure orders are correctly processed and escalate fulfillment issues.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting – Generate weekly reports on Shopify sales, inventory levels, and best-sellers.
• Inventory Management – Maintain accurate inventory records and flag low-stock items.
• Collaboration – Work with marketing, design, and brand teams to update product listings & ensure smooth workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Shopify (Must Have Experience)
• Basic understanding of SEO principles & product listing optimization
• Strong attention to detail & ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel for reporting
• Strong written & verbal English communication skills
