We are looking for a strategic and creative Shopify Email Marketing Specialist to craft and execute high-converting email campaigns. The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketer with experience in e-commerce sales funnels, community engagement, and a deep understanding of customer behavior. Social Media Manager Responsibilities
- Email Marketing & Campaign Strategy
- Develop, write, and design engaging email campaigns, including:
- Welcome flows
- Promotional emails (e.g., bundle offers)
- Value-driven content emails
- Abandoned cart recovery flows
- Optimize email content to drive conversions and engagement.
- Track, test, and analyze email performance to refine strategy and improve results.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Marketing & Brand Development
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and apply them to email marketing strategies.
- Think like a marketer—proactively strategize beyond assigned tasks.
- Align email campaigns with Instagram and LinkedIn community-building efforts.
- Maintain a clear understanding of e-commerce sales funnels and conversion optimization.
- Project Management & Communication
- Take initiative in planning, tracking, and managing email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to align email marketing with broader brand goals.
- Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and progress on all projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with Shopify email marketing and automation.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels and customer journey optimization.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, or similar).
- Excellent copywriting skills for persuasive and engaging email content.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Shopify plugins.
- Basic design skills using Canva or Photoshop.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to test, analyze, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
