E-Commerce Specialist - Shopify

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shopify Store Management:

   • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
   • Ensure the store is up-to-date with the latest products, descriptions, prices, and promotions.

2. Theme Customization and Development:

   • Customize and optimize Shopify themes to align with brand guidelines and improve user experience.
   • Collaborate with designers and developers to create and implement new features and functionalities.

3. App Integration and Management:

   • Identify, install, and manage Shopify apps and third-party integrations to enhance store performance.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve any app-related issues.

4. SEO and Analytics:

   • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the store.
   • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify reports to make data-driven decisions.

5. Marketing and Sales Campaigns:

   • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and paid advertising.
   • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

6. Customer Experience:

   • Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey from browsing to checkout.
   • Address customer inquiries and issues related to the online store in a timely and professional manner.

7. Performance Optimization:

   • Continuously monitor site performance and implement optimizations to improve speed, reliability, and overall user experience.
   • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate changes and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Shopify Specialist or in a similar e-commerce role.
• Strong understanding of Shopify platform, including themes, liquid code, and app integrations.
• Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and other web analytics tools.
• Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and trends.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Shopify Plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
