Job Description
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of an emerging leader in the wellness industry. You’ll drive social media strategy, content creation, and e-commerce optimization across multiple platforms while navigating the nuanced requirements of a regulated industry. Working directly with the business owner, you’ll have the chance to impact business growth through creative digital marketing initiatives, strategic content development, and innovative customer engagement strategies. Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
- Design and edit professional video content, including product showcases and branded infomercials
- Develop and execute strategic content calendars to maximize engagement and reach
- Optimize product listings and manage inventory across multiple e-commerce platforms
- Implement and manage customer subscription models to enhance customer retention
- Create and manage compliant digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
- Track performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with management to ensure content aligns with brand vision and regulatory requirements
- Design and implement strategies to expand market reach, including potential international markets
Requirements
- 2-3 years proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Demonstrated expertise in video editing and graphic design
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify
- Strong understanding of social media advertising and analytics
- Experience in regulated industries preferred
- Knowledge of subscription-based business models
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while maintaining brand consistency
- Understanding of compliance requirements in digital marketing
- Portfolio of previous social media and content creation work
- Commitment to 4-hour daily schedule, Monday through Friday
