Senior Shopify Developer

Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Shopify themes and plugins to meet client needs.

Integrate third-party apps and platforms (BigCommerce, WooCommerce) as required.

Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver high-quality ecommerce solutions.

Optimize Shopify sites for speed, scalability, and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify configurations and integrations.

Stay updated with Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce platform updates and best practices.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Shopify Developer, with demonstrable portfolio of Shopify projects.

Experience with BigCommerce and WooCommerce development, including plugin development.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including ES6), and Liquid templating language.

Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and user experience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field (preferred).
