What You’ll Do

  • Manage product listings: Upload, update, and optimize product descriptions, images, and details.
  • Oversee inventory: Track stock levels, ensuring accurate data and timely restocking.
  • Process orders: Handle order fulfillment, shipping updates, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support customer service: Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
  • Maintain platform functionality: Ensure the eCommerce platform runs efficiently, troubleshooting any issues.
  • Generate reports: Provide regular updates on store performance, sales, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce operations or admin support
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, or other eCommerce platforms
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
