Shopify Developer

We are looking for a curious and innovative individual to help deliver an excellent customer experience by developing Shopify Stores in a smooth, hassle-free process and adding value to each project via constant innovations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of the Shopify Plus platform, themes, liquid programming language and corresponding apps.
• Design UX based on our brand standard and style guide.
• Implement system integrations that are crucial to our success.
• Contribute in the development of open source software, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, and common web technologies integral to building seamless multi-channel experiences.
• Ensure that the components being developed and the overall application is robust and easy to maintain.
• Developing testing plans and troubleshooting issues related to eCommerce issues.
• Daily Reporting to senior developers on project activities and ensuring timely completion of projects/assignments and tasks given by seniors.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing required documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Core web fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of liquid programming language.
• Generate a custom-tailored Shopify theme and altering the pre-existing template.
• Act as a Shopify expert, specializing in all facets of the e-commerce platform.
• Strong hands to Install & Customize new Shopify theme.
• Clear concept of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Knowledge of other e-commerce platforms like Magento, woo-commerce, and BigCommerce will be preferred.
