Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Shopify store, including product listings, collections, inventory, and overall store functionality.
  • Oversee product management, including adding, updating, and organizing products to ensure accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Launch new products and set up promotions, discounts, and special offers to drive sales and engagement.
  • Optimize site performance to ensure a seamless user experience, mobile responsiveness, and checkout efficiency.
  • Manage and integrate TikTok Shop and Facebook Shop, ensuring product listings are optimized for visibility and sales.
  • Handle order fulfillment, coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and a smooth customer experience.
  • Analyze sales trends and data to identify growth opportunities and implement effective e-commerce strategies.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies, including promotions, email campaigns, and paid ads.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams for website updates, feature enhancements, and overall user experience improvements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring product listings, inventory management, and promotional materials accuracy.



Requirements
  • C1 English Level
    Proven experience managing Shopify stores, including product and order management.
  • Experience with social commerce platforms, such as TikTok Shop and Facebook Shop.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and site optimization.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, like Google Analytics, to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
