Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Marketplace Manager to oversee the operations, strategy, and performance of our presence on various online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, optimizing listings, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across multiple online marketplaces.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to maximize sales and visibility on Shopify
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and implement pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility.

Store Management:
- Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy, optimization for search algorithms, and high-quality content (images, descriptions, keywords).
- Monitor inventory levels, track product performance, and ensure timely restocking to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Work closely with the supply chain and operations team to streamline inventory management processes.

- Utilize analytics tools and data to track key performance metrics, sales trends, and customer feedback.
- Generate reports on sales, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs. Use this data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least two to three years of experienceΒ in managing online marketplaces, preferably in a similar industry or with similar products.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplace algorithms, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
