Role Overview:
As a Shopify Project Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, driving the seamless delivery of Shopify eCommerce projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing multiple projects, managing timelines, budgets, and scopes. Your leadership and organizational skills will ensure seamless collaboration between developers, designers, and stakeholders, delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clear and regular updates about project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Oversee all projects to ensure that they are delivered on time and on budget
Work closely with development teams and act as a liaison between developers and clients
Ensure that all deliverables are delivered with the highest quality standard by using the best quality-assurance practices
Be a key advocate for clients and the agency team.
Maintain detailed project records, timelines, and communication logs.
Requirements:
7+ years in project management, preferably in Shopify-focused roles.
Proven expertise in Shopify, including store setup, app integrations, and performance optimization.
Proficiency with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Asana, and Jira.
Understanding of development workflows and collaboration with technical teams.
Is an expert presenter and comfortable interacting with senior level clients and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
Experience managing company-wide project portfolios.
Skilled at working closely with developers, ensuring clarity of project requirements and deliverables.
Is flexible, pragmatic, detail oriented and remains calm in a fast paced environment
English level C1 or higher, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
