About the Role
As a Shopify Solutions/eCommerce Manager, you will be directly reporting to the US-based Director, you will ensure the seamless operation and continuous improvement of the company's online platforms, including websites and apps.
This role involves overseeing website and app maintenance, managing and updating content, and administering all aspects of Shopify stores. You will configure and integrate various applications, handle theme customization, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in the Shopify ecosystem to address issues, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the company's overall e-commerce success.
Key Responsibilities
- Website and App Maintenance: Ensure 100% uptime for the website and app, with any issues resolved within 24 hours.
- Shopify Admin Management: Complete monthly reviews of clarity reports and level access, with issues resolved within the same month.
- Content Management: Update and manage content within 48 hours of receipt, with a target of 100% accuracy.
- App Setup and Integration: Implement and set up new apps within 1 week of request, ensuring full functionality.
- Client Support and Troubleshooting: Resolve client issues within 24-48 hours, with a target of 90% resolution rate.
- Data Migration/Imports: Complete data migration and imports with 100% accuracy within the specified timeframe.
- Theme Customization: Apply updates and manage Shopify themes with minimal disruptions, targeting a 95% satisfaction rate from clients.
- Monthly Reporting: Submit monthly performance and review reports on time, with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Position Prerequisites
- 3 years of e-commerce experience, ideally working for Shopify and Shopify Plus brands.
- Familiarity with CSS / light coding (Junior Dev level).
- Experience setting up, configuring, and styling specific Shopify Apps for subscriptions, cross-sell, upsells, loyalty, UGC, &/or reviews (ie Recharge, Rebuy, Okendo, Yotpo, Tolstoy).
- QA experience (Visual/Functional).
- Figma familiarity (export assets, following designs for the theme setup).

- Self-starter attitude and ability to research and figure things out without a lot of oversight.
- Knowledgeable with extensive expertise in the Shopify ecosystem.
