Web Designer (Figma, Shopify, Framer) - Remote & Night Shift

Position Overview:

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating high-performing marketing collateral, managing design projects, and driving growth initiatives. You should have a deep understanding of growth marketing trends and a passion for delivering creative solutions that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Creation: Develop visually compelling marketing assets, including banners, email layouts, landing pages, and ad collateral.
• Web Design & Development: Design and implement Shopify pages and themes using Liquid, CSS, JS, and HTML. Utilize Figma and Framer to create landing pages and web assets.
• Video Editing: Produce engaging video content for social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, using tools like CapCut and Klap.app.
• CRO & AB Testing: Leverage CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tools such as mida.so, VWO, Optimizely, and Customer.io to set up, manage, and analyze landing page and email campaigns.
• Copywriting: Create compelling copy for landing pages, ads, and marketing campaigns that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and explain key performance metrics for marketing campaigns, utilizing data to optimize design and content strategies.
• Marketing Trends: Stay updated on trends in growth marketing, social media, and CRO tactics to continually improve the effectiveness of designs.

Qualifications:

• Strong visual design portfolio, showcasing experience in web design, branding, and marketing collateral.
• Expertise in Figma, Framer, Shopify (Liquid, CSS, JS, HTML), and video editing for social media.
• Proven experience in designing high-converting landing pages and emails.
• Solid understanding of growth marketing principles, including CRO tools and AB testing strategies.
• Experience with Shopify theme creation and front-end development practices.
• Familiarity with video editing tools for social platforms, such as CapCut and Klap.app.
• Strong English language skills, with demonstrated copywriting ability for digital marketing assets.
