Position : Amazon & Shopify Account Manager

Working Schedule : 9AM - 5PST

Salary Range : 1500-2000 USD/ month (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)


About the Role 

We're seeking an experienced e-commerce professional to manage our Amazon and Shopify sales channels with a strong focus on revenue growth. In this role, you'll drive business expansion through strategic inventory management, cross-platform marketing initiatives, and implementation of new market opportunities while ensuring our product listings are optimized for maximum visibility, conversion, and revenue generation. 

Key Responsibilities 

 

Revenue Growth & Performance 

 
  • Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets across Amazon and Shopify platforms 
  • Identify high-impact growth opportunities and implement strategies to capitalize on them 
  • Monitor key performance metrics (AOV, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost) and optimize to increase profitability 
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to accelerate revenue growth 

Amazon Channel Management 

 
  • Develop and execute inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent revenue-impacting stockouts 
  • Design and implement in-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales growth on Amazon 
  • Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROAS across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display 
  • Regularly update product listings with optimized content, images, and enhanced brand content for better conversion 

Shopify Store Management 

 
  • Oversee the complete operation of our Shopify storefront, including site design, UX optimization, and checkout flow 
  • Implement and manage apps and integrations to enhance store functionality and customer experience
  • Execute A/B testing to improve conversion rates and average order value 
  • Develop and manage loyalty programs, email marketing campaigns, and retention strategies 

Cross-Platform Inventory Management 

 
  • Create unified inventory management strategies across Amazon and Shopify channels
  • Forecast demand patterns and coordinate with operations to align ordering and production schedules 
  • Implement systems to prevent overselling and maintain inventory integrity across platforms 
  • Analyze inventory performance metrics to increase turnover and minimize holding costs 

Project Management 

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with revenue goals 
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, resource allocation, and success metrics 
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Identify potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks 
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles 
  • Implement and maintain project management tools and methodologies to improve efficiency 

Marketing & SEO 

 
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product discoverability 
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews to maintain high product ratings 
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all sales channels 
  • Collaborate with brand and product teams to align e-commerce marketing with overall company strategy 

New Market Growth 

 
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for expansion into new Amazon marketplaces and international Shopify stores 
  • Develop market entry strategies tailored to regional customer preferences and regulations 
  • Localize product listings and marketing materials for international audiences 
  • Build relationships with local partners and service providers to support international operations
 

Qualifications 

 
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon and Shopify sales channels 
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and improving operational efficiency 
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams 
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (Asana, Jira, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using e-commerce reporting tools and third-party analytics 
  • Excellent understanding of Amazon's algorithm, search ranking factors, and advertising platform 
  • Proficient with Shopify admin, theme customization, and app ecosystem
  • Experience with cross-platform inventory management and demand forecasting
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
